NACE COVID -19 TASK FORCE - ILLINOIS & CHICAGO - PHASE 4 GUIDELINES
NACE Chicago has formed a Task Force to address Covid -19. The task force is led by member Megan Estrada.
Phase 4 Guidelines:
This document is taking into consideration guidelines from both the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois. We have highlighted and simplified the guidelines for an easy one page, but you are encouraged to check out the city of Chicago's Hotel/Accommodations guidelines and Food Service Guidelines:
Also, see the state of Illinois' meeting and event guideline
We encourage each business to consider all the guidelines presented and incorporate them into a Covid-19 Phase 4 plan for reopening and providing services. We understand that everyone will have slightly different interpretations of the guidelines, but overall the goal is to create safe environments for events, in Illinois and Chicago, so that vendors and guests can feel comfortable working and attending events and that proper precautions and communication have been provided.
"Transferring to Chicago in 2001 and not knowing anyone in the industry was difficult. By continuing my membership in NACE and joining the Greater Chicago Chapter of NACE I immediately felt welcomed. The monthly meetings, whether educational or networking allowed me to meet people in the industry and continue growing my career.
Whenever looking for a vendor the first place I look is the NACE website, from florist to photographer to linen to music, I know I will find some I would want to recommend to another colleague!"
