 THE NACE CHEF DINNER – From Farm to Table

The Greater Chicago NACE Chapter is proud to invite you our Annual Chef Dinner. This evening is an amazing showcase of the Best of Catering and Events. Join us at Kendall College on Tuesday, August 8th in their “Eat-A-torium” for a night to remember. This auditorium provides seating with screens and cameras built into the room, so there is no bad seat in the house. Be prepared to laugh while you enjoy the delicious meal as this year’s event is hosted by Chicago comedian Peter Lipsey.

Your pallets will enjoy mouthwatering dishes from catering partners Chef Brittny Cargle from Food for Thought, Chef Duce Raymond from Sweet Baby Ray’s Catering and Chef Marianne Albovias from Kendall College. Each Chef will discuss how to prepare their dish while giving a live demonstration as you enjoy from your seat.

Following the dinner, the Skyline Room will be open for nightcaps and mingling where you can enjoy music donated by Mike Staff Productions.

Exquisite Designs is adding a touch of eleganace as our Floral Sponsor. Drink service for the evening is donated by Lagunitas Brewing Co., Tito's Handmade Vodka and Burke Beverage.
